Our Youth Performance Program is specifically designed for children in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade. The training is age-appropriate and focuses on foundational athletic development.
What should my child bring to sessions?
Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing and proper running shoes. We provide all training equipment. Bring a water bottle and a light snack.
How do you track progress?
We conduct fitness assessments each week covering speed, agility, power, strength, flexibility, and endurance. Parents receive detailed progress reports showing improvement over the 5-week program.
Can I watch the training sessions?
Parents are welcome to observe from our viewing area. We also host parent information sessions to discuss progress and training methods.
What if my child plays multiple sports?
